LOOKING FOR STELLAR TOP CANDIDATES

Position : Content Creator (On-Camera)
Working Hours : Full-Time│Monday–Friday│Must be flexible to work in CST hours
Search Location : United States
Salary : Client is open to salary requests for the right talent
: The Final Salary Offer depends on the client’s decision, interview results, and experience

About the Client:

The Company operates in the sales-performance space, developing technology designed to help high-ticket sales representatives and sales teams improve performance by identifying, capturing, and replicating the systems, behaviors, and strategies used by top-performing salespeople.

The platform helps sales organizations strengthen execution, improve individual rep performance, and create more consistent revenue outcomes.

We are a high-ticket offer with an average monthly order value of approximately $10,000 , serving companies generating approximately $1M–$30M in annual revenue .

Because of this, the audience is commercially sophisticated and may include:

  • Founders
  • Business owners
  • Sales leaders
  • Revenue leaders
  • Sales managers
  • High-performing sales representatives
  • Executives and senior decision-makers

We are looking for a Content Creator who can represent this audience with a bold, mature, confident, charismatic, polished, and credible on-camera presence .

About the Role:

As a Content Creator for us, you will become a key face and voice behind the brand’s digital content.

This role requires more than strong presentation skills.

You should have a strong understanding of sales, business, high-ticket offers, customer acquisition, and sales and marketing funnels .

You should understand that different businesses require different funnel structures depending on factors such as:

  • Price point
  • Industry
  • Target customer
  • B2B vs. B2C
  • High-ticket vs. low-ticket offers
  • Sales cycle length
  • Customer intent
  • Qualification requirements
  • Transactional vs. consultative sales
  • Self-service vs. sales-assisted purchasing

For example, the buying journey for a low-cost consumer product is fundamentally different from the buying journey for a $10,000-per-month B2B offer.

You should understand these differences well enough to speak about them naturally and credibly on camera.

Role Responsibilities :

On-Camera Content Creation

  • Serve as a recognizable and credible on-camera presence for the company.
  • Record engaging short-form video and other digital content.
  • Deliver scripted and semi-scripted material naturally and confidently.
  • Use a teleprompter while maintaining strong eye contact, energy, personality, and audience engagement.
  • Maintain a mature and commercially credible presentation style.
  • Record multiple pieces of content efficiently during dedicated production sessions.
  • Adjust tone, pacing, messaging, and presentation based on the audience, platform, topic, and content objective.
  • Make prepared material feel conversational rather than overly scripted.

The original role similarly requires natural teleprompter delivery, strong eye contact, energy, audience engagement, and the ability to maintain enthusiasm across multiple recording sessions.

Sales, Funnel & Commercial Content

Create content around topics such as:

  • High-ticket sales
  • B2B sales
  • Sales performance
  • Sales enablement
  • SaaS
  • Business growth
  • Revenue generation
  • Sales leadership
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Coaching
  • Customer acquisition
  • Lead generation
  • Sales processes
  • Buyer journeys
  • Sales funnels
  • Qualification
  • Sales calls and demos
  • Follow-up and nurturing
  • Conversion
  • Performance metrics

The existing JD already identifies sales, high-ticket products, B2B/B2C commercial topics, SaaS, business growth, entrepreneurship, coaching, sales methodologies, sales leadership, and revenue metrics as relevant subject areas.

Content Production

You’ll spend approximately 3–4 hours per working day preparing, recording, and producing content.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing scripts and talking points
  • Researching topics
  • Developing hooks
  • Contributing to scripts
  • Content planning
  • Testing messaging angles
  • Reviewing performance
  • Maintaining content calendars
  • Coordinating with leadership and marketing
  • Producing different versions of content for testing

Content Ideation & Creative Development

  • Develop original content ideas based on the company’s audience, product, positioning, and goals.
  • Create compelling hooks and opening lines.
  • Simplify complex sales and business concepts without sacrificing credibility.
  • Contribute to scripts, talking points, messaging, and creative concepts.
  • Identify opportunities to turn one topic into multiple pieces of content.
  • Review audience response and adjust future content accordingly.
  • Stay informed about content trends and presentation formats.

Requirements :

  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, presenting, video production, or a related creative field.
  • Strong professional English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • A confident, engaging, energetic, and credible on-camera presence.
  • Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to deliver scripted and semi-scripted material naturally.
  • Previous experience with or strong comfort using a teleprompter.
  • Experience creating short-form video content.
  • Ability to understand the target audience behind the content being created.
  • Ability to adjust messaging and presentation according to different audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics while maintaining credibility and accuracy.
  • Strong content ideation skills.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and quickly adjusting delivery or creative direction.
  • Strong organization, reliability, and consistency.
  • Ability to maintain a structured production schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with leadership and marketing stakeholders.

Strongly Preferred :

  • Previous work with a high-ticket offer.
  • Experience marketing or creating content for B2B companies.
  • Experience with sales enablement or sales-performance brands.
  • Experience creating founder or executive-focused content.
  • Familiarity with SaaS.
  • Experience with long or consultative sales cycles.
  • Startup or fast-growing technology company experience.
  • Experience testing hooks, messaging, formats, and presentation styles.

You'll Be a Strong Fit If

You should be comfortable working with or quickly learning:

  • You are more than a strong presenter.
  • You understand sales, business, customer acquisition, and funnel strategy well enough to know why the content exists, who it is speaking to, and where it fits within the customer journey.
  • You can confidently represent a sophisticated high-ticket B2B brand in front of founders, executives, sales leaders, and revenue professionals.
  • Your presentation style is mature, authoritative, charismatic, energetic, and credible.
