Estimator Responsibilities:

* Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
* Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
* Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
* Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
* Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

Estimator Qualifications:

* 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
* B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred
* Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
