Position Summary
Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an Event Account Assistant to support event-related customer accounts, promotional activities, and event coordination. This entry-level role combines customer service, account support, and event operations for individuals interested in developing experience across marketing and event management.
Responsibilities
* Assist with customer and account communications related to events.
* Support the planning and coordination of promotional events.
* Maintain accurate event account records and documentation.
* Assist with event schedules, materials, and logistical details.
* Communicate event information to customers and attendees.
* Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
* Gather feedback and help prepare post-event reports.
* Coordinate with team members to address event-related needs.
* Represent client brands professionally during events and promotional activities.
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Professional and customer-focused attitude.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or event experience is helpful but not required. REQUISITOS
