**Job Title: Patient Services Representative**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and general information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff as needed.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient flow and enhance the patient experience.
- Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and office applications.
