Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• We require at least 2 years of accounting and/or tax experience
• We prefer experience managing tax-related projects and teams
• We need proficiency with MS Office and accounting software

• We prepare and file U.S. and Canadian sales, excise, and other transaction tax returns
• We create tax working papers and reconciliations, and investigate any discrepancies
• We provide tax and audit support to our warehouses in the U.S. and Canada
• We prepare and submit tax payment requests
• We conduct tax research as needed and document our findings appropriately
• We build and maintain strong working relationships with warehouse and corporate personnel
• We look for ways to improve processes, strengthen data management, and increase efficiency
• We contribute to Tax Department projects as assigned
• We may travel within Canada and the U.S.
